GOD’S TIMING IS ALWAYS ACCOMPANIED BY HIS JUSTICE

Whenever we discuss the seasons of God, we often associate them with progress, new opportunities, increased anointing or favor, and unique demonstrations of God’s power or work. Rarely do we associate these seasons with the justice of God. However, the Bible emphasizes recompense as a central theme, reflecting God’s commitment to justice and fairness in dealing with humanity. God’s appointed times also include a time to rescue, deliver, restore, or advance; moving alongside them is God’s appointed time for justice.

In this context, vengeance does not refer to emotional retaliation. Instead, the Bible instructs us to forgive, bless, and be kind to our offenders. This is why “return to sender prayers” are not appropriate for believers because we have the authority and power to disarm and destroy whatever the enemy sends, as stated in Luke 10:19 and Isaiah 54:17. Rest assured, God does not tolerate wickedness or evil against us; He deals with them, as outlined in Isaiah 61:8

God’s justice and vengeance often come with recompense and reward. This means that when God avenges you, he restores more than what the enemy took from you or what Satan and his agents hindered. God does this because he is the God of justice. He reveals himself to us through his character and nature. In Jeremiah 9:24, he describes himself as just, kind, and righteous, declaring, “I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice, and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight.”

I firmly believe the Lord’s justice has begun for believers this season. This new season resonates with Isaiah 34:8: “For the Lord has a day of vengeance, a year of retribution to uphold Zion’s cause.” When applied today, Zion in this scripture represents the Body of Christ. Throughout the Bible, you will find events where God waited for the wickedness of enemies to mature; then, he released his vengeance against the enemies of his chosen. Believers in Christ are his chosen, and God has said, “Enough is enough, no more against my children.

To the righteous, this is the season of  God’s retribution, where he will reward the people who have battled, endured delays, persisted in prayer and faith, and exhibited endurance by trusting in God. Expect extraordinary recompense, miraculous restitution, unusual favors, and opportunities. Expect to be rewarded by God and look out for those opportunities as God rewards through fellow humans. Anticipate an unexpected turnaround on outstanding matters and expect to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. “See, the Sovereign Lord comes with power, and he rules with a mighty arm. See, his reward is with him, and his recompense accompanies him.” (Isaiah 40:10).

Rejoice, oh servants of God. Rejoice bishops, pastors, apostles, and ministers of God. Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, who has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant autumn and spring showers, as before. The threshing floors will be filled with grain;  the vats will overflow with new wine and oil (Joel 2:23-24)

Declare these Scriptures as you rejoice in anticipation of your restitution: Proverbs 11:31, Deuteronomy 10:17-18, Hebrews 10:30-31,  Deuteronomy 32:35, 2 Corinthians 5:10,  Proverbs 11:18
