This forum has been developed to train and develop ministry leaders, church workers and anyone who wants to excel in ministry. MJC views each individual as a leader; the goal of this forum is to equip ministry leaders to be impactful in their gifts and roles and in turn disciple other leaders.

Training will be provided quarterly through webinars. Personal consultations are also available.
