This title can be applied interchangeably as Lord may my agenda match yours, when you reflect on the promise that God already has a plan for each us, and it’s a plan to give us hope and future. Jeremiah 29:11
If you are a planner, it’s likely that at the start of each week or day, you have an idea what you must do or accomplish. Your “to do list “or goals you should achieve. This “Agenda” slipped out of my mouth last week after devotions followed by a confession” Lord may my agenda match yours this week”.
It dawned on me that since God has already outlined our plans, there could be stuff He had planned for us to be accomplish on a weekly basis. This could be a new venture or what we need to start, whom we should connect with, what we should receive or avoid and what we should do. There could be people we need to meet visions we need to unveil and purposes we need to unroll based on His timetable
Psalms 37:23 says the steps of a good man or woman are ordered by the Lord: and He delights in his /her way. Are there things God wants us to guide us into this week, tonight or even tomorrow?
Think of it, if God already has an individual plan for each us and He is also guiding our steps, He may have something on His agenda for us on a weekly or daily basis. As we approach mid-week, ask God to show you His agenda for you. Ask Him to restructure your agenda to align with His.
God’s eyes are on you- He says, I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My loving eye on you. Psalm 32:8
