STAYING CURRENT

This millennial life seems to be moving so fast that to a level, we are constantly left questioning what to do next or tomorrow. Although we may know what’s happening now, there is also an urgency to know what will happen next. This continuous concern about the future may lead to anxiety and restlessness to creep in. Yet it is from here too that we are reminded of the always present God. The 1 AM. Determine to stay current with Him.

In Acts 17:28, we are reminded that in God we live and move and have our being. This means The ever-present I AM is always available for the currently as well as being present for the future. God is the antidote of every negative experience, that which you do not have. Yet also, the One who increases what you currently have in your hands.

I encourage you STAY IN THE PRESENT WITH GOD this week and throughout the year. Our God is the EVER-PRESENT help in times of need. Be anxious for nothing in everything, let your needs known to God
• If sick the AM is present to heal
• In lack, the AM is present to provide and multiply
• In fear, the AM is present to rescue and protect
• If tired and weak, the AM is our strength and hope
• If undecided and unsure, the Am is present to provide guidance and counsel

In prayer, this week stay current with God and call on the God of the situation you are in. Most of the time I rehearse and remind God What He is to that situation. Not that God does not know, but there is power in speaking the Word of God back to Him because God stands by His Word to perform it. Stay current with God, He is our ever-present deliverer, He is our daily bread of life, He is our present Rock in Whom we firmly stand. Stay current for every area of your life and family. Remind God of the promise related to that family issue. He is the AM, the I AM right here now, He will be right there tomorrow and He will right there ten years from now.
